🛒 Shopping Information
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your preferences easily.
Each product page includes a size chart. Please refer to it before making a purchase. If you need help, feel free to contact support.
Yes, all products listed as “In Stock” are available for immediate purchase. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked accordingly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Yes, we use secure payment gateways with SSL encryption to protect your data.
No, currently we support only one payment method per order.
If the payment fails but money is deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 5–7 working days. You can also retry placing the order.
🔄 Order Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy. The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Contact us through email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the pickup and return process.
As per our policy, 70% of the order amount is refunded. 30% is deducted as return handling charges.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order.
