At Fationly.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the following terms:

🔄 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • In unused condition

  • With original tags, packaging, and invoice

  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products

• Customized or personalized products

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

💰 Refund Policy

• After a successful inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• A 30% deduction will be applied on the original payment amount as processing and handling charges.

• Refunds will be made only to the original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, wallet).

Example:
If your original payment was ₹1000, you will receive ₹700 as a refund after 30% deduction.

🚚 Return Process

1. Contact our support team at support@fationly.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Mention:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Product image (optional)

3. Once approved, you will receive pickup/return instructions.

4. Customer is responsible for securely packing the product to avoid damage in transit.

❗ Important Notes

• Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• If the returned item is found used or damaged, refund may be denied.

• Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.
